Your SHEBADISE Warranty covers the replacement of any Moissanite stone (with one of equal value) that is lost while it is in its original mounting, the customer will be responsible for shipping and the cost of the new stone. There are no warranties, written or oral, other than as set forth herein. The warrantor shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
Your SHEBADISE guarantees the quality of the Moissanite to be as represented on the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity, and further that the Moissanite(s) are all-natural and have never been drilled or fracture-filled, or otherwise enhanced for color or clarity. Concerns may come before purchase about the exact grade of a SHEBADISE Moissanite, we will send you a certificate from an accredited laboratory from the GRA or IGTC to ensure your satisfaction.
