Your Order Return Rights:

You are entitled to change your mind about our products within 7 days of receiving them for the following reasons:

• If the product arrived differently than ordered.
• If the product arrived damaged ( not by you ).
• If the product arrived not as described by us.
• You must provide us with sufficient proof to fulfill the above requirements.

• The deadline for changing your mind on an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Conditions for Returns:

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The goods were delivered to you in the last 7 days.
• The goods are in the original packaging.
• The product isn’t used or damaged by you.
• The product must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items that appear worn or used will not be refunded and returned to the customer.

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized ( SHEBADISE custom ).
• We do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene. However, exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received.
• Any items purchased on a SALE from our website are non-returnable.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us shipping costs are non-refundable. You should send the goods to the following address (2041 Builders Pl     Columbus OH    43204)

 

• We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
• We cannot repair damage to any SHEBADISE Moissanite stones. Any damage incurred by the customer from misuse cannot be repaired.
• Tarnishing or discoloration due to chemical contact is not a fault. Please see our care instructions on how to avoid this.
• Please note the refund policy is void if any damage is incurred by the customer, including any damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure, and general wear and tear. 
• Any lost items cannot be replaced or refunded. 
• Missing crystals are not classed as a manufacturing fault, and items with missing crystals can be replaced inside SHEBADISE Return and Refund policy, but shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Gifts:

• If the goods were a gift card, you’ll be able to return and refunded within the 7 days policy only. But note that If the recipient of the gift card has used it, we’re sorry to tell you that we can’t refund you.
• If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
